The competition will be run under R & A and local rules.
Ties will be decided on card count back using back nine scores.
No competitor may win more than one prize.
All players must have a current CONGU handicap and be a full playing member of a golf club affiliated to the English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish golf unions
Refunds must be requested in writing, or e-mail, by entrants who cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the closing date.
Refunds will not be given to entrants who withdraw within two weeks of the competition date. The entry fee less expenses will be donated to a charity of the committee’s choice.
If the competition is cancelled, more than 24 hours but less than 1 week prior to the due date, then monies will be refunded less an administrative charge
If the competition is cancelled less than 24 hours, and on the day, a third of the entry fee will be retained for expenses with the remainder returned to the competitor.
In the event of cancellation the competition will NOT be replayed.
