General Club Rules

All members, visitors and guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow golfers, staff, volunteers and club property at all times.

The club reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend access or terminate memberships where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, unsafe or damaging to the reputation of the club.

Golf etiquette and reasonable dress standards should be observed while using the course and club facilities.

Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and remain the property of the club.

Membership fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of membership privileges.

Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the club committee.

Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

Competitions & Events

All competitions and events are subject to availability and may be amended, postponed or cancelled due to weather, course conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Participants must comply with the rules and format of each competition or event as determined by the organisers and committee.

Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the club.

The club reserves the right to refuse or remove entries where necessary.

Tee Times & Bookings

Players are expected to arrive in good time for booked tee times.

The club reserves the right to amend bookings where operationally necessary.

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Website Use

All content, logos and images on this website remain the property of Buchanan Castle Golf Club unless otherwise stated.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Visitors and players use the course and facilities at their own risk.

The club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings while on club premises or attending club events.
