Membership at Buchanan Castle Golf Club can be purchased directly through the club’s website. By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by the club’s rules, policies and code of conduct.

2. Club Discretion
While membership can be purchased online, Buchanan Castle Golf Club reserves the right to decline, cancel or refund a membership application if the club reasonably believes an individual is not suitable for membership or if the purchase has been made in error.

3. Membership Fees
Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless an approved payment plan is offered. Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where the club chooses to cancel or decline a membership.

4. Membership Period
Membership is valid for the stated membership period at the time of purchase. Renewal information and subscription fees for future membership periods will be communicated in advance.

5. Use of Club Facilities
Members are entitled to use the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse and other club amenities in accordance with the club’s rules and any applicable booking systems. Access may occasionally be restricted due to competitions, maintenance or club events.

6. Conduct and Etiquette
All members are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner and follow established golf etiquette. Members must treat staff, fellow members and guests with courtesy at all times.

7. Guests
Members may introduce guests to the club in accordance with club policies and any applicable guest fees.

8. Suspension or Termination
The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member’s behaviour breaches club rules, is considered inappropriate, or brings the club into disrepute.

9. Changes to Terms
